This is probably the most delicious smoothie that I have made so far. Here’s how you do it!
APPLE PIE IN THE SKY SMOOTHIE
Gather all the things:
– 2 freshly juiced apples or 1 cup of apple juice
– 1 tbsp. cinnamon
– 2 tsp. nutmeg
– 2 tbsp. flax seeds
– 1 tsp. vanilla extract
– 1 cup walnuts or walnut butter
– 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 5 ice cubes
Optional: 1 cup vanilla protein powder
Put it all into a blender until you get the consistency you want.
HOMEMADE WALNUT BUTTER
If you would like to make my homemade walnut butter to add to your smoothie, here’s how:
Blend together walnuts, cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg and a few tablespoons of honey until creamy. I recommend a ninja or NutriBullet.
